Friday the 13th,  2010 was a great day to be on Pigeon Creek Golf Course at he 1st Annual VFW Post 2326 Charity Golf Outing.  43 golfers enjoying the golf, sunshine, and fun.  It was a steaming event with temps in the high 80’s but every one fared well and finished to a Pig roast by Anthony’s Kicked up Catering, cookies by Grand Pines Assisted Living, plus a few beverages of choice!  The day was wrapped up with awards, door prizes and a silent auction ticket drop provided by local area businesses.   It was a successful event for “Helping Our Heroes” charity theme.   It could not have been this successful with all the participating golfers, volunteers and supporting businesses!!   Enjoy this link to some of our day.
